📆 Race Days & Times

🏁 Saturdays:

• Registration & Practice: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

• Racing Starts: 11:00 AM sharp!

🏁 Wednesdays (Midweek Mayhem!):

• Registration & Practice: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Racing Starts: 7:45 PM under the lights!

💰 Fees & Rules

• £10 per rider per race

• No transponders needed! Races will be timed via Sqorz — just ask a club member if you’re new to the system.

• Your best 5 out of 7 races count toward the end-of-season trophy 🏆

• Number plates required – make sure your bike’s race-ready!

• Race in your year-of-birth category.
  👉 For experienced National-level riders, we’ve got you covered:

  • Junior Elite (12 & under)

  • Senior Elite (13 & over)
    This gives our fastest riders a chance to compete at their level without clashing with developing grassroots racers.

💻 Pre-Registration (Skip the Queue!)

• Register via the website for all rounds

• Closes Thursday before each race

• If you’re pre-registered, you don’t need to queue on race day — just show up and race!

• You’ve got until Friday night to withdraw and still get a refund if needed.

📋 British Cycling Membership Required (From 2nd Race Onwards)

To make tracking easier on Sqorz, you’ll need at least a British Cycling Silver Race Membership by the time you enter your second race.

• Use the code below (provided on the website) to sign up for free

• Your BC number will stick with you for life — no need to renew each year.

These races don’t run without the help of our amazing community!
Please listen out for volunteer calls on race day and get involved if you can — even a little help goes a long way. 💪

Parking is available in the council car park located at the rear of the track. Easy access for bikes, families, and race-day excitement.
