Thanks for taking the time to understand a bit more about me!
I’m a fully qualified cycling and BMX racing coach and a 1st Degree Sports Psychology graduate.
While, that all may sound super fancy I really just do enjoy what I do and hope that I can inspire new individuals to start up cycling whether that be a BMX racing, track or mountain biking etc etc…
I have taken the last 3 years immersing myself in all experiences and soaking up lots of knowledge from not only lectures but coaches all around the country. Which I will now be sharing to all coached riders who I can therefore help progress both physically and mentally!
Building confidence and helping riders during pressured scenarios is something I pride myself in!
Whether you have never touched a BMX in your life or are looking to progress skills and strength as an international standard rider- I will put my all into ensuring you get the most out of the session!

🚴🏻♀️ALL-FEMALE SESSIONS- Run every few months at Hayes BMX Club as well as Royston and Andover. These include both beginner and regional/national standard sessions.
🚴🏻♀️ Buntingford Pump track every Monday 3:20-4:20pm- a free session run by city Academy to allow more individuals the chance to ride BMX bikes. (please get in touch to book-even though it’s free we need to know numbers)
🚴🏻♀️Two evenings a week at Royston rockets bmx racing club. One Regional/National standard session and one beginners/club level session. All bookings are made through Royston Rockets BMX club.
🚴🏻♀️ Once a month coaching at Royston Rockets BMX racing club as a club coach running the club session.
🚴🏻♀️ Once a month at Runnymeade rockets BMX racing club as a club coach running the club session.
🚴🏻♀️Andover BMX racing club (Since moving back home, I have been unable to do frequent sessions at Andover however there’s a plan in the works to fit in a monthly session!
🚴🏻♀️ One-to-one sessions are available at Royston, and potentially at other tracks depending on distance.
